Dr. Ben Vallon, a New York native who grew up in Rockland County. After attending SUNY Buffalo where he studied early childhood education, he found his passion for chiropractic and health and wellness through mentorship and shadowing opportunities. He then attended Life University where he earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic.

Being in practice now for years, Dr. Ben has found his calling in the true health and wellness field, while keeping neurologically based chiropractic at the core. Driven Wellness has been a long time in the making and Dr. Ben and his family and staff are proud to bring it to life.

Since being in practice, Dr. Ben has met and married his wife Melanie, now has a beautiful daughter Lilah, and has settled right here in Dutchess County. They enjoy traveling together, both locally and far away, exercising and cooking. As a family they continue to pour into their community through Driven Wellness, and look forward to leaving a lasting impact of true health.

Dr. Kristina is a dedicated and compassionate chiropractor with a strong foundation in science and patient-centered care. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Mercy College before completing her Doctorate of Chiropractic at the University of Bridgeport. While there, she was recognized with both the Clinical Excellence Award and the Student Clinic Award for her exceptional performance and commitment to quality care.

Outside of her professional life, Dr. Kristina enjoys skiing, hiking, and cheering on her favorite football and hockey teams. At home, she loves spending time with her husband and two dogs, Murphy and Cheetah, who keep life fun and full of energy.
